It is built for three kinds of people. Technicians get simple, readable screens that work in a noisy kitchen, with big thumb-friendly steps that show only what matters. Managers get a hub with a quality-control queue, notifications, fleet and vehicle inspections, receipts, and deficiency and upsell reports, plus technician performance and incentive tracking. Owners get branded, professional customer reports carrying their company name and logo, delivered as a polished PDF the moment the job closes — plus the clean records they can hand to a fire marshal or health inspector.
