See it in action

Watch a job get done — paperwork and all

From clock-in to a branded customer PDF, this is how Hood Command runs a hood cleaning job from start to finish.

Sound familiar?

The old way is costing you

Your techs hate paperwork

Reports come in late, half-filled or never. The office chases photos that live on someone's phone, and job details disappear by morning.

“We cleaned it” isn’t proof

Fire marshals, insurance companies and your customers all want documentation. A promise doesn’t survive an inspection — proof does.

Upsells slip away

Your crew spots missing access panels, bad hinge kits and failing fans every week — but those findings never become sold work.

Our story

Built inside a real hood cleaning company

Hood Command didn’t start in a software lab. It started in loud, greasy kitchens at 2 AM, when our own crews were wrestling with paper forms, lost photos and reports that never made it back to the office.

We needed a tool a technician could finish one-handed between the hood and the fan. One question at a time. Camera first. Autosaving in a basement with one bar of signal. And a branded, inspection-ready PDF in the customer’s inbox before the truck leaves the parking lot.

Nothing on the market fit the way hood cleaners actually work — so we built it. Now every job produces proof, and every deficiency becomes a tracked opportunity instead of a shrug.

Hood Command

“We built the tool we wished existed on every 2 AM kitchen job we ever ran.”

The Hoodco team — hood cleaners first, software builders second.

How it works

From clock-in to customer inbox

1

Clock in on site

Geofenced clock-in and pre-trip vehicle inspection set the shift up before a single degreaser is pulled.

2

Walk the guided report

One question at a time, autosaved as you go. Must-have checklist items first, optional ones tucked away.

3

Photos are the rule

Before-and-after shots of every hood, duct and fan are required — an empty report can’t be submitted.

4

Customer gets proof

A branded, NFPA 96-ready PDF lands in their inbox, and any deficiency routes straight to your sales pipeline.
